Dress a Girl Around the World is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting girls in need by providing them with handmade dresses. The organization operates on a global scale, with a mission to ensure that every girl in the world owns at least one dress. The heart of their work lies in the belief that a simple dress can make a significant impact on a girl's self-esteem and overall well-being. Through the efforts of passionate volunteers, Dress a Girl Around the World has been able to distribute dresses to girls in impoverished communities, orphanages, and refugee camps, fostering a sense of dignity and pride.

Can you imagine a better way to put your sewing skills to use? It is our hope that we will be able to collectively sew 100 dresses together with our loyal detectives. Partner with Cotton Cuts Cares to help us sew a dress for a little girl who needs one. We make it SEW easy for you to join us in this incredible endeavor of kindness and giving back.

Here is exactly what you do: 

1. Head to their website, contact your local ambassador and sew, sew, sew!! There are many pattern options, but please do check in with your local ambassador to confirm when they will be departing for their next trip and what dresses work best culturally for their destination. 
2. Choose your pattern, SEW and send.
3. Take a photo of your completed dress.
4. Fill out the form on our website here: Cotton Cuts Collective. This will add you to our tally and tell us where you are quilting from. And it will add your point to the map and let other quilters know where you are checking in.
