How it works:
Select how often you would like for us to deliver your Cotton Cuts Platinum.
Each delivery month, you'll receive an email on the 1st of the month with sneak peeks of that months Java, Chroma Super Pop, Modern Maker and Classic deliveries. Each option will include descriptions to help you pick the perfect shipment for you that month.
You'll have 5 days to make your selection. If you forget, don't worry—we ask you for your backup option when you checkout and that will be the delivery you receive that month. You'll never miss a month!

I'm a current member and would like to transition to Platinum. How can I do that?
Not a problem at all!! If you'd like to switch to Platinum, just reach out to us at help@cottoncuts.com and let us know and we'd be happy to update your membership for you!
When will I receive my monthly delivery?
All of our memberships ship throughout the month, on the following schedule:
Java / Chroma Super Pop - 10th of the month
Modern Maker - 15th of the month
Classic - 20th of the month
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your delivery.
Oops! I missed the deadline to reply to my email. What happens now?
You will have 5 days to select the membership option of your choice. Don't worry, if you ever forget to select a delivery during your membership, we will send you your default choice that you select at signup! You'll never miss a delivery, guaranteed!
How can I change my default delivery?
People change their minds, we get it! If you'd like to update your selection preference, just reach out to us at help@cottoncuts.com and let us know and we'd be happy to update it for you!
What if I don't like any of the featured deliveries in a given month?
We want to make sure you always receive a delivery you're excited to create! If none of the featured options catch your eye, we’re happy to offer an alternative from our past designs, if available. Just reach out to us at help@cottoncuts.com before the 5th of the month, and we'll provide you with additional options. Alternatively, we can pause your membership for a month, so you can choose again next time.
